The Book That Survived.
The Secret
Chapter I

The Book That Survived.

A leather-bound ledger of remedies, carried out of Old Songkhla and kept in the family for five generations. Water, war and time took almost everything else.

Chapter II

Written to Be Read.

Its pages are not incantations. They are measurements — grams, hours, the exact hour of the day to pick each flower. A working manual, kept by someone who expected it to be used.

Chapter III

Still in Use.

Every formula we make traces to a numbered recipe in that book. We have modernised the vessel, never the proportions.

Portrait of the founder, Khun Apiban Bo Plup

A remedy is not a secret to be hoarded. It is a kindness — written down so that it outlives the hand that wrote it.
